Abstract
Tijekom posljednjih nekoliko godina organizacije su sve svjesnije utjecaja koje mentalno zdravlje ima na zaposlenike pa tako briga o zaposlenicima i njihovoj dobrobiti postaje jedan od temelja za kreiranje uspješne strategije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Prelazak fokusa s tradicionalnog modela brige za zaposlenike koji uključuje samo financijsko i fizičko zdravlje, na pristup sveukupne dobrobiti zaposlenika, pozitivna je promjena koja donosi velike koristi i zaposlenicima i organizacijama. Cilj ovog rada bilo je utvrditi postoji li povezanost između brige o dobrobiti zaposlenika u organizaciji i namjere napuštanja organizacije u čiju je svrhu provedeno online empirijsko istraživanje na prigodnom uzorku od 103 ispitanika uz uvjet da su u trenutnoj organizaciji zaposleni minimalno 6 mjeseci. Prema rezultatima provedenog empirijskog istraživanja uočeno je kako zaposlenici u prosjeku nisu zadovoljni dostupnim aktivnostima koje za cilj imaju osiguranje dobrobiti zaposlenika kao i da pokazuju određenu namjeru napuštanja organizacije. Također, utvrđena je i statistički značajna negativna korelacijska veza između zadovoljstva pojedinim aktivnostima za osiguranje dobrobiti zaposlenika i namjere napuštanja organizacije, što ukazuje da su zaposlenici spremni napustiti organizaciju uslijed nedostatnih aktivnosti za dobrobit zaposlenika koje oni smatraju bitnima.
Abstract (english)
Over the past few years, organizations have become increasingly aware of the impact of mental health on employees, making care for employees and their well-being a cornerstone of creating a successful human resource management strategy. Shifting the focus from the traditional model of employee care, which only includes financial and physical health, to a holistic approach to employee well-being is a positive change that brings significant benefits to both employees and organizations. The aim of this paper was to determine whether there is a relationship between employee well-being activities and turnover intentions. This was achieved through an online empirical research conducted with a convenient sample of 103 participants who had been employed in the current organization for a minimum of 6 months. According to the results of the empirical research, it was observed that employees, on average, are not satisfied with the available activities aimed at ensuring their well-being, and that they show an intention to leave the organization. Additionally, a statistically significant negative correlation was found between satisfaction with certain employee well-being initiatives and their intention to leave the organization. This implies that employees are willing to leave the organization due to insufficient well-being activities that they find important.
