Abstract
Fondovi rizičnog kapitala s društvenim učinkom investicijski su fondovi koji ulažu u poduzeća koja stvaraju pozitivan društveni i/ili okolišni učinak, uz očekivani financijski povrat. Ovi fondovi obično pružaju ne samo financijsku potporu, već i stručnost, mentorstvo te umrežavanje kako bi podržali društvena poduzeća. Često koriste multidisciplinaran pristup koji uključuje procjenu financijske održivosti, društvenog učinka i potencijala rasta poduzeća. Glavni razlog strelovitog rasta ovog oblika financiranja je rastući interes ulagatelja za kapitalnim ulaganjima u poduzeća koja su ekonomski održiva i svojim poslovanjem potiču ostvarivanje ciljeva održivog razvoja. Rad analizira važnost fondova rizičnog kapitala u stvaranju pozitivnog društvenog učinka i njihovu neophodnost za tranziciju prema održivom gospodarstvu. Ključne kompetencije društvenih poduzeća, nužne za privlačenje fondova rizičnog kapitala s društvenim učinkom, prikazane su na primjerima tri hrvatska poduzeća: Juicefast d.o.o., Agrivi d.o.o. i BE-ON SAVJETOVANJE d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Social impact venture capital funds are investment funds that invest in companies that create a positive social and/or environmental impact, alongside expected financial returns. These funds typically provide not only financial support but also expertise, mentoring and networking to support social enterprises. They often employ a multidisciplinary approach that includes assessing the financial sustainability, social impact, and growth potential of the company. A major driver behind the rapid growth of this form of financing is the growing interest of investors in capital investments in economically sustainable businesses that promote the achievement of sustainable development. This paper analyses the importance of venture capital funds in creating positive social impact and their necessity for the transition to a sustainable economy. The key competencies of social enterprises necessary to attract social impact venture capital funds are illustrated through examples of three Croatian companies.
