This thesis is based on the analysis of last-mile delivery in the fashion industry, Analyzing the complexity of distribution from the warehouse to the end consumers. The emphasis of the thesis lies in identifying the challenges and risks that occur during the transportation and delivery of fashion products. The thesis explores detailed logistical obstacles with an emphasis on transport and delivery, identifying the key emerging challenges. In addition, the thesis explores the impact on the environment of last-mile logistics, analyzing sustainable logistics practices in the fashion industry. This aspect includes the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the promotion of recycling and re-use of materials aiming at reduction of the environmental footprint of the industry. Additionally, the thesis explores the economic aspects of last-mile logistics, including analysis of costs, efficiency and market competition. Improving the consumer experience is a key issue, achieved by implementing fast delivery, personalizing delivery and better transparency through shipment tracking. This thesis aims to improve the understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the fashion industry last mile logistics and to provide guidelines for the improvement of logistics processes, promoting the importance of a sustainable future of the last mile logistics in the fashion industry.
