Abstract
Poznato je kako ljudski potencijali predstavljaju najveći resurs te faktor koji vodi k uspjehu u domaćim, ali isto tako i multinacionalnim kompanijama. Sve je veći broj internacionalnih karijera kroz širenje poslovanja multinacionalnih kompanija ili mandata međunarodnih profesionalaca koji često doživljavaju neuspjeh zbog kulturološkog šoka ili nedovoljne pripremljenosti pri dolasku u novu zemlju. U ovom radu skrenuti će se pažnja na djecu ekspatrijata koji slove za gotove buduće ekspatrijate zbog kompetencija, ali i kulturološke diverzije koju su stekli odrastanjem u inozemstvu. Djeca treće kulture, kako ih se naziva, čine sve veći udio među budućim ljudskim potencijalima s obzirom da se broj međunarodnih karijera povećava u suvremenim organizacija te je sve veći značaj menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala u upravljanju istih.
Abstract (english)
It is known that human resources represent the greatest resource and the factor that leads to success in domestic, but also multinational companies. There is an increasing number of international careers through the expansion of operations of multinational companies or the mandate of international professionals who often experience failure due to culture shock or insufficient preparation when arriving in a new country. In this work, attention will be drawn to the children of expatriates who are known as well-prepared future expatriates due to their competences, but also the cultural diversion they have acquired by growing up abroad. Third culture kids, as they are called, make up an increasing part among future human resources, considering that the number of international careers is increasing in modern organizations, and the importance of human resource management in managing them is increasing.
