Abstract | Danas se poduzeća svakodnevno suočavaju s brojnim izazovima, a za što duži i uspješniji opstanak na tržištu moraju se što prije i na što bolji način prilagoditi mnogobrojnim novonastalim situacijama i promjenama. Zahvaljujući kontrolingu i njegovom napretku u posljednjih nekoliko godina moguće je lakše svladati dinamičko okruženje i neočekivane situacije. Za kontroling je postao nužan i neizostavan odjel u poslovanju.
Predmet ovog rada je pokazati doprinos i ulogu samog kontrolinga na oligopolističkom tržištu, na primjeru poduzeća Ciak Grupe d.d. Oligopol tj. nesavršeno tržište ukratko karakterizira manji broj poduzeća koja dominiraju tržištem, veći broj kupaca, razne prepreke ulaska novih konkurenata na tržište... Tržište prodaje auto opreme kojem pripada Ciak Grupa d.d. je rastuće i veliko te svatko od konkurenata pokušava i želi zauzeti što bolje mjesto na tržištu i pridobiti što veći broj novih kupaca, a ujedno i zadržati postojeće kupce. Ciak Grupa koja broji gotovo 2600 zaposlenih jedna je od vodećih poduzeća u regiji opskrbe rezervnim dijelovima i auto opremom uz naglasak na ekološku osviještenost. Od svog osnivanja 1994. godine pa do danas bilježi kontinuirani rast i razvoj. Cilj ovog istraživanja tj. rada je uz kratku analizu Ciak Grupe d.d. pokazati važnost, neizostavnost i pozitivnu funkciju kontrolinga u poslovanju poduzeća unutar oligopola. Stručni doprinos rada očituje se u analizi kako kontroling zahvaljujući suradnji s različitim odjelima doprinosi efikasnosti i efektivnosti poduzeća, olakšava poslovanje, pomaže rastu i stabilnosti poduzeća... |
Abstract (english) | Nowadays, on a daily basis, companies are facing with numerous challenges, for longer and more successful survival on the market they have to adapt as soon as possible and in the best possible way to numerous situations and changes. Thanks to controlling and its advancements in recent years, it is easier to overcome dynamic environments and unexpected situations. Controlling has become a necessary and indispensable department in business operations.
The subject of this research is to demonstrate the contribution and role of controlling in an oligopolistic market, using the example of the company Ciak Group d.d. Oligopoly, or an imperfect market, is briefly characterized by a smaller number of companies dominating the market, a larger number of buyers, and various barriers to entry for new competitors. The car equipment sales market, to which Ciak Group d.d. belongs, is growing and large, and each competitor is trying and wants to secure the best possible position in the market and attract as many new customers as possible, and retain existing customers. Ciak Group, with nearly 2600 employees, is one of the leading companies in the region for the supply of spare parts and car equipment, with an emphasis on environmental awareness. Since its founding in 1994, it has recorded continuous growth and development. The aim of this research is to show the importance, indispensability, and positive function of controlling in the business operations of a company within an oligopolistic market through a brief analysis of Ciak Group d.d. The professional contribution is reflected in the analysis of how controlling, through cooperation with various departments, contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company, facilitates operations, and aids the growth and stability of the company. |
