Abstract
Osnovni ciljevi rada suutvrđivanje zadovoljstva korisnika turističkih kartica koje u današnje vrijeme predstavljaju turistički proizvod za postizanje konkurentske prednosti te otkrivanje idealnog programa kartice. Praćenjem zadovoljstva korisnika analizira se uspješnost programa Zagreb Card-a i uspješnost u odnosu na drugu turističku karticu. Primarno istraživanje je pokazalo kako je kod turista prilikom odabira turističke kartice presudilo njihovo pozitivno iskustvo sa prethodnim karticama te su kao najznačajnije dimenzije ocijenili glavne atrakcije, ponudu programa i popuste. Također se istraživanjem otkrilo da turisti postaju lojalni turističkim karticama kod njihovog odabira prilikom sljedećega posjeta ili u nekoj drugoj turističkoj destinaciji. Stoga najveći naglasak u daljnjem poslovanju turističkih agencija i njihovoj suradnji s poslovnim partnerima mora biti upravo na navedenim dimenzijama za korisnike i pronalaženju načina da konstantno unaprijeđuju i prilagođuju program potrebama i željama korisnika.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of the thesis was to determine the satisfaction of tourist cards, which today represent the tourist product to achieve competitive advantage and discover the ideal program of the card. By tracking customer satisfaction analyze is about the success of the program Zagreb Card and performance compared to other tourist card. Primary research has shown that tourists mostly chooseda tourist card because of their positive experience with previous cards and had assessed as the most important dimensions: the main attractions, supply of the program and discounts.Also the research revealed that tourists are becoming loyal to the tourist cards in their selection the next time or in any other tourist destination.Therefore, the greatest emphasis in further business travel agencies and their cooperation with business partners must be exactly on the most important dimensions for users and finding ways to constantly enhance and adapt the program to the needs and wishes of users.
