This master thesis on the subject of The relationship between job design happiness and innovative work behavior deals with elements related to the role of happiness within the framework of job design in organizations, i.e., basic characteristics of a job design, provides the definition of the happiness related to it, as well as with the happiness factors and outcomes in this context. It also deals with the innovative behavior of employees, their characteristics, their role and importance for the organization, as well as with the phasis and measures the innovative employees’ behavior. In the empirical part of this paper, research has been conducted through the questionary and the process of collected data on the cause-and-effect connection between happiness related to the job design and the innovative behaviour of employees within an organization. The survey included 53 respondents who were asked 33 questions, of which the first three were of a general demographic nature, and the rest were related to the relationship between job design happiness and innovative work behavior. The results of the research showed that respondents are generally very satisfied with the design of their work, moderately satisfied with the innovative behaviour of employees, while an important dispersion of results was recorded in questions related to innovative work behaviour and external contacts. Ultimately, the issue that is closely related to motivation and a stimulating work atmosphere, i.e. the support and trust of superiors within the organization, gave positive results.
