Abstract
Ovaj završni rad bavi se troškovnim aspektom upravljačkog računovodstva. Troškovni aspekt upravljačkog računovodstva uključuje sustavno bilježenje, klasifikaciju i analizu troškova nastalih u poduzeću. Ovaj proces pomaže u razumijevanju ponašanja troškova i njegovog utjecaja na financijski učinak organizacije. Troškovi su općenito kategorizirani u fiksne, varijabilne i poluvarijabilne vrste, od kojih svaki na drugačiji način utječe na financijsko planiranje i donošenje odluka. Troškovni aspekt upravljačkog računovodstva sastavni je dio učinkovitog financijskog upravljanja i strateškog planiranja. Analizom i kontrolom troškova poduzeća mogu poboljšati učinkovitost, povećati profitabilnost i održati konkurentsku prednost. Kroz detaljnu analizu troškova, organizacije mogu upravljati financijskim izazovima, optimizirati raspodjelu resursa i postići svoje strateške ciljeve.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the cost aspect of management accounting. The cost aspect of management accounting involves the systematic recording, classification, and analysis of costs incurred within a company. This process helps in understanding cost behavior and its impact on the financial performance of the organization. Costs are generally categorized into fixed, variable, and semi-variable types, each of which affects financial planning and decision-making in a different way. The cost aspect of management accounting is an integral part of effective financial management and strategic planning. By analyzing and controlling costs, companies can improve efficiency, increase profitability, and maintain a competitive advantage. Through detailed cost analysis, organizations can manage financial challenges, optimize resource allocation, and achieve their strategic goals.
