Abstract
Sa prvom pojavom viška vrijednosti, dakle prije više stoljeća, ljudi počinju posuđivati proizvode kako bi zadovoljili svoje trenutne potrebe. Ovaj akt se temeljio na međusobnom povjerenju između onoga tko je posuđivao proizvod, vjerovnika, i onoga tko je primao taj proizvod, dužnika. Vjerovnik, pri tome, ustupa određenu stvar dužniku, a ovaj mu treba vratiti istovrsnu stvar ili drugu stvar iste vrijednosti. Pojavom novca, stvara se novčani kredit. Budući da je novac specifična roba za koju se može dobiti svaka druga roba, otvaraju se široke mogućnosti za širenje kredita. Poslovi kreditiranja su aktivni bankarski poslovi, a samom kreditiranju prethodi popunjavanje i razrada kreditnog zahtjeva koji se obrađuje pojedinačno za svakoga klijenta. Svrha obrade kreditnog zahtjeva je plasirati kredit uz što manje moguće rizike. Cilj rada je pobliže se upoznati sa terminologijom kredita, kreditnog procesa, objasniti rizike kreditiranja te navesti neke kreditne zahtjeve i vidjeti njihove vrijednosti u sektoru građanstva.
Abstract (english)
With the first appearance of surplus value, kore centuries ago, people started to borrow products to meet their current needs, this act is based on mutual trust between those who lend product, creditors, and the one who received the product, the debtor. The lender ( or creditor ), in fact, gives the debtor a certain thing and debtor needs to return the same thing or another thing of equal value. With the advent of money a cash loan is created. Because the money is specific goods for which any other commodity can be obtained, wide range of possibilities for the expansion of credit are open. Credit operations are active banking jobs and the lending itself is preceded by filling in and working out loan applications to be processed individually for each client. The purpose of processing the loan application is to place the loan with the least possible risk. The aim is to get to knom the terminology of loans and study various credit reguirements and their value in the residential sector.
