Abstract
Rad se temelji istraživanjem dinamike plaća i broja zaposlenih u IT sektoru u RH . Kao jedan od najbrže rastućih i najdinamičnijih sektora globalne ekonomije imao je vrlo značajan utjecaj na razvoj i rad tržišta u Hrvatskoj. Razdoblja koja su analizirana u radu pokazuje znatan rast plaća , koje su prvenstveno uzrokovane tehnološkim inovacijama, značajnim promjenama u poreznim politikama te specijaliziranim vještinama. Sama važnost istraživanja proizlazi iz potrebe za razumijevanjem trendova koji oblikuju cjelokupnu IT industriju posebno ako naglasak stavimo naglasak na malu, ali tehnološku naprednu zemlju poput Hrvatske. Sama analiza podataka u radu se temelji na podacima na podacima iz državnih statističkih izvora i izvještaja industrijskih usluga te su istraženi ključni aspekti kao što je fluktacija plaće, utjecaj globalnih ekonomskih trendova na lokalno tržište rada te razlike u plaćama unutar različitih područja IT sektora.133 Isto tako u istraživanju se daje na pažnji i kako su novi tehnološki trendovi poput umjetne inteligencije i računarstva u oblacima utjecali na tržište rada u IT sektoru.
Abstract (english)
The work is based on the research of salary dynamics and the number of employees in the IT sector in the Republic of Croatia. As one of the fastest growing and most dynamic sectors of the global economy, it had a very significant impact on the development and operation of the market in Croatia. The periods analyzed in the paper show significant growth in wages, which are primarily caused by technological innovations, significant changes in tax policies and specialized skills. The very importance of research stems from the need to understand the trends that shape the entire IT industry, especially if we focus on a small but technologically advanced country like Croatia. The analysis of the data in the paper itself is based on data from state statistical sources and reports of industrial services, and key aspects such as salary fluctuation, the impact of global economic trends on the local labor market, and differences in salaries within different areas of the IT sector were investigated.133 Ibid. thus, the research pays attention to how new technological trends such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing have affected the labor market in the IT sector.
