Abstract
Društvene inovacije su nove ideje, strategije i projekti koji zadovoljavaju društvene potrebe na bolji način nego postojeća rješenja. Društvene inovacije su često odgovor na sve veći broj društvenih izazova i to uvođenjem pozitivnih promjena na svim razinama društva. One obično koriste interdisciplinarni pristup, kombinirajući znanje iz različitih područja, a često uključuju i sudjelovanje zajednice čime stvaraju učinkovita, relevantna i održiva rješenja za stare i nove društvene izazove. U radu su analizirane društveno inovativne prakse malih i srednjih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj, te je istražen njihov utjecaj i doprinos u segmentu društvenih inovacija. Komparativnom analizom tri studije slučaja triju malih i srednjih društveno odgovornih poduzeća u Hrvatskoj istražile su se specifičnosti društvenog inoviranja. Na taj način dobio se bolji uvid u praksu društvenog inoviranja u poduzećima u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
Social innovations are new ideas, strategies and projects that meet social needs in a better way than existing solutions. Social innovations are often the answer to a growing number of social challenges by introducing positive changes at all levels of society. They usually use an interdisciplinary approach, combining knowledge from different fields, and often involve community participation to create effective, relevant and sustainable solutions to old and new social challenges. The paper analyzes the socially innovative practices of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Croatia, and investigates their influence and contribution in the segment of social innovation. Through a comparative analysis of three case studies of three small and medium-sized socially responsible companies in Croatia, the specifics of social innovation were investigated. In this way, a better insight into the practice of social innovation in companies in Croatia was obtained.
