Abstract
Ulaskom u 21.stoljeće financijski marketing je doživio promjene u svom načinu odabira alata, tehnika i strategija, odnosno promijenio je svoje karakteristike. Danas financijski marketing označava važno i potrebno mjesto u financijskome sektoru. Njegova prisutnost u financijskim institucijama i organizacija postala je svakodnevna potreba. Financijski marketing označava vrlo kompleksno i zahtjevno područje u ekonomiji koje zahtjeva izvrsne i educirane stručnjake koji će provoditi marketing na odgovarajući način. Financijski proizvodi i usluge vrlo se razlikuju od proizvoda potrošne robe / usluga. To su proizvodi i usluge kojima je potrebna izuzetna preciznost, odlučnost i ispravnost u prezentiranju ih javnosti. Veliki trud se ulaže u promociju i oglašavanje te educiranje klijenata u financijskim istitucijama. Potrebno je veliko znanje i sposobnost marketinških stručnjaka prilikom uvođenja novih financijskih proizvoda ili usluga. Posebna pozornost se usmjerava na stvaranje lojanosti klijenata te zadržavanja starih. Teži se stvaranju odnosa sa klijentima, ali i partnerima. To zahtjeva dugoročna ulaganja. Uz dobar marketing financijske institucije će ostvarivati veće prihode. Hrvatska je mala i tradicionalna zemlja. Zemlja sa velikim udjelom starije populacije u kojoj je prisutno demografsko starenje. Podaci pokazuju kako Hrvatska spada u prvih deset zemalja Europske unije po broju starijih osoba. Taj negativan trend se očekuje i u budućnosti stoga su potrebne mjere i rješenja za pomoć ovom globalnom trendu koji se očekuje i u ostalim dijelovima svijeta. Potreba za rješavanjem pitanja zbrinavanja starijih osoba, njihovih osobnih, zdravstvenih i društvenih potreba te općenito podizanja životnog standarda je velika. Mirovinski fondovi su preopterećeni, a mirovine svakim danom postaju sve manje za građane Hrvatske. Rješenje ovom problemu javlja se model financiranja starijih osoba, obrnuta hipoteka. Obrnuta hipoteka navodi se na hipotekarnom tržištu kao jedan novi model koji bi mogao biti potencijalno rješenje za mnoge osobe starije dobi, za rješavanjem njihove socijalne situacije i poboljšanja životnog standarda. U radu se istražuju stavovi ciljnog segmenta prema mogućnosti implementacije ovog financijskog proizvoda na hrvatsko tržište.
Abstract (english)
Entering to the 21st century financial marketing has experienced changes in its method of selection tools, techniques and strategies. Today, financial marketing means more than necesarry and important place in the financial sector. His presence in the financial institutions and organizations has become a daily necessity. Financial marketing signify very complexed and demanding part of economies which requires excellent and highly educated experts who will lead the marketing on appropriate way. Financial products and services are different from consumer goods and services. That are kind of products and services which requires exceptional precision, determination and correctness in presenting it to the public. Lot of work has been invested in promotion, advertising and education of clients in financial institution. Great knowledge and abillities is something that is needed when it comes to the introduction of a new financial products and services. It is very important to value achieve loyalty of clients and not to lose other partners and clients but to make a good business climate with them. That requieres a lomg term investment. With valid marketing, financial institution will achieve a higher income. Croatia is a small and tradicional country. Country with a large share of aging population also with presence of demographic aging. Croatia is one of the top ten European Union member states in aging population. Because of large amount of aging population country needs to take care for their personal wealth and social exigency so pension funds are becoming overloaded while pension are getting smaller.The solution for that problem is a model of financing the elderly called ''reverse mortgage''. On mortgage market ''reverse mortgage'' is known like a new brand model of financing the elderly that could be a potencial solution for a basic life needs of the aging population.
