Abstract
Analiza potencijala je instrument za prosuĎivanje snage i slabosti poduzeća koji nam daje odgovare na pitanja: Koja nam je trenutna pozicija?, Gdje ţelimo biti u budućnosti?. Analiza potencijala provodi se analizom i dijagnozom internih činitelja te analizom i dijagnozom eksternih činitelja. Potencijali općenito predstavljaju neostvarene mogućnosti bilo čovjeka, bilo nekog sistema, drţave, industrije i slično. Atlantic Grupa poznaje svoju sadašnju poziciju te poziciju koju ţeli imati u budućnosti. Kvalitetnim odabirom ljudskih potencijala maksimalno omogućava iskorištavanje potencijala koje ima, odnosno prepoznaje neostvarene potencijale te ih iskorištavanjem svojih snaga i prilika, kontroliranjem svojih slabosti te anticipiranjem opasnosti, ostvaruje.
Abstract (english)
Analysis of potencials is an instrument for identification strenghts and weaknesses of an organization and gives us the answers for following questions: What is our current position?, Where do we want to be in the future?. Analysis of potencials is given by analizing and diagnosing internal facts and analizing and diagnosing external facts. In general, potencials represent unrealized possibilities of a man, any given system, a country, an industry etc. Atlantic Group knows its current position, and knows the future position. By choosing quality human resources, it recognizes its unrealized potentials and by using its strenghts and opportunities and by controlling its weaknesses and anticipating threats, it makes unrealized potenticals come true.
