Abstract
Tema ovog rada je uloga pakiranja u opskrbnom lancu. U radu se ističe važnost pakiranja za opskrbni lanac, kao i uloga koju pakiranje ima za sve sudionike u opskrbnom lancu. Nadalje, pakiranje veliku važnost ima u zelenom opskrbnom lancu gdje se naglasak stavlja na ekološki prihvatljivo i održivo pakiranje, ambalažu za višekratnu upotrebu, inovativno pakiranje te recikliranje ambalažnog otpada. Pakiranje je također od velike važnosti za lanac opskrbe hranom te igra veliku ulogu u smanjenju otpada od hrane. Pri pakiranju hrane moguće je koristiti ambalažu za višekratnu upotrebu, a razvojem novih tehnologija sve se češće koristi aktivno i inteligentno pakiranje koje uvelike pomaže u očuvanju prehrambenih proizvoda. U radu se do podataka došlo proučavanjem relevantne strane i domaće literature. Korištenjem metode studija slučaja za pakiranje hrane te davanjem raznih primjera pakiranja iz svjetske prakse kroz cijeli rad ističu se mnoge prednosti i važnost pakiranja za sve sudionike u opskrbnom lancu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to show the significance of packaging in the supply chain. This paper stresses the importance of packaging to the supply chain, as well as the role that packaging has for all participants in the supply chain. Furthermore, the packaging has a great importance in the green supply chain where the emphasis is on environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging, reusable packaging, innovative packaging and recycling of packaging waste. Packaging is also important for the food supply chain and it plays a major role in reducing food waste. Reusable packaging can be used for packing the food, and with the development of new technologies, there is more frequent use of active and intelligent packaging which greatly helps to preserve food products. The data in this paper was collected from the relevant foreign and local related literature. Using the method of case study for food packaging and giving various examples of packaging from world practice throughout the paper, the paper emphasizes many advantages and the importance of packaging for all participants in the supply chain.
