Abstract | To finally say something about globalization in the European Union. It has spread out in many areas of living, basicly in all, such as food , clothes , religion , education , politics , sports etc.All these things have big influence on lifestyle of people.Nowdays we as a people have many options and directions on our proposal. In my personal life it includes variaties of things which were not produced here in Croatia, starting with products as gadgets up to food and literarture. Thanks to that we can more easily communicate with people all around the world and also doing business is more easily thanks to globalization. It is the best thing ever happened on our planet. We can talk to each other , do business, increse wealth , exchange goods and services , learn from each other etc.Croatia is arising in terms of economy thanks to globalization , specally in tourism and informatics.Migration of people has also very big prospective in terms of business and workforce. In order to achieve that policies must focus on strengthening receptive capacity and processing capabilities. The surge has also highlighted the inadequacy of the common EU asylum policy, and reforms to build a more harmonized and cooperative approach are necessary to achieve a workable asylum and border management system. In addition, providing financial resources to countries bordering conflict areas, where the majority of displaced people and asylum seekers are located, can contribute to slow asylum seeker flows and relieve current strains.Quick labor market integration can unlock the potential economic benefits of the refugee inflow. It would also minimize the risk of social exclusion for the newcomers and maximize their net contribution to the public finances in the longer term. The refugees‘ successful labor market integration could also help alleviate the fiscal effects of population aging, although the effect is likely to be small and will not be a panacea for demographic problems. At the same time, rapid integration policies, including education, housing and ALMPs, entail some upfront fiscal costs. |
