Abstract
Logistika je vrlo važna gospodarska grana jer utječe na osnovne strateške ciljeve svakog poduzeća. Danas uspješna logistika znači ostvariti ravnotežu između troškova poslovanja i zadovoljstva kupaca. Rad daje pregled definicija logistike i povratne logistike te opisuje važnost ekološke komponente u svakom poduzeću. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je analiza povratne logistike i važnost ekologije u logistici. Povratna logistika bavi se upravljanjem i organizacijom povratnih robnih tokova, a briga za okoliš i održivost u logističkim procesima sve su važniji. Stoga je u ovom radu naglasak na provođenju prakse povratne logistike i ekološke komponente u poduzećima s posebnim osvrtom na poduzeće Znanje d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Logistics is a very important economic activity because it affects the basic strategic objectives of each company. Today the successful logistics means to achieve a balance between costs and customer satisfaction. The paper reviews the definition of logistics and reverse logistics, and describes the importance of environmental components in each company. The subject of this paper is to analyze the importance of reverse logistics and ecology in logistics. Reverse logistics deal with the management and organization of reverse goods flows and concern for the environment and sustainability in logistics processes are increasingly important. In this paper focus is on the implementation of the practice of reverse logistics and environmental components in companies with a special focus on enterprise Znanje Ltd.
