Abstract
Razvojem globalizacije i otvorenog tržišta mala poduzeća sve teže nalaze način za opstanak na tržištu, pa je sve češći primjer spajanja i preuzimanja kako bi se lakše prevladale poteškoće u poslovanju. Preuzimanje se može prikazati kao svako pripajanje nekog poduzeća drugom poduzeću, odnosno stanje u kojem jedna kompanija preuzima kontrolu nad drugom kompanijom. U današnje vrijeme spajanja i preuzimanja predstavljaju sastavni dio strategije rasta koji omogućuje tvrtkama jačanje svoje tržišne pozicije mnogo brže nego što je moguće kada se odluče rasti iznutra. Kroz ovaj rad prikazat će se analiza preuzimanja tvrtke Makromikro od strane Stublić Impexa, koje je završeno krajem 2014. godine.
Abstract (english)
With the development of globalization and open markets small enterprises are more difficult to find a way to survive in the market, and it is more common example of mergers and takeovers in order to help overcome difficulties in the business. Takeover can be displayed as any acquisition of an enterprise to another enterprise, or a state in which one company takes control of another company. Nowadays, mergers and takeovers are an integral part of the growth strategy that enables companies to strengthen their market positions more quickly than is possible when they decide to grow from inside. This work presents the takeover analysis of Macromicro by Stublić Impex, which was completed in the end of 2014.
