Abstract
Mobing se u zadnjoj polovici 20. st. sve više i više nameće kao ozbiljan problem u poslovanju organizacija. Sukladno tome, znanstvena istraživanja vezana uz mobing se sve češće provode te se njima pokušavaju utvrditi uzroci pojave mobinga, odnosno koji uvjeti moraju biti ispunjeni kako bi došlo do mobinga. Te uvjete nazivao pretpostavkama mobinga, koje dijelimo na individualne, grupne, organizacijske i vanjske pretpostavke. U radu su razrađeni pojmovi mobinga, pretpostavke mobinga, s naglaskom na individualne pretpostavke žrtava mobinga. U empirijskom istraživanju provedeno je vlastito istraživanje anketnim upitnikom među zaposlenicima građevinskog sektora. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi individualne pretpostavke mobinga u građevinskim poduzećima.
Abstract (english)
In the last half of the 20th century mobbing is more and more emerging as a serious problem in organizations. Accordingly, scientific researches related to mobbing are frequently carried out and they are trying to determine the causes of mobbing, as well as which conditions must be met in order for mobbing to appear. These conditions are called antecedents of mobbing, and they are divided into individual, group, organizational and external antecedents. The paper elaborates the terms mobbing, mobbing antecedents, with a focus on antecedents of victims of mobbing. The empirical research is conducted by questionnaire among the employees of the civil engineering sector. The aim of this study was to identify antecedents of victims of mobbing in engineering companies.
