Abstract
Mala i srednja poduzeća okosnica su svakog gospodarstva, a njihov značaj posebno se prepoznaje kroz njihov udio u zaposlenosti. Republika Hrvatska ima najviše malih poduzeća i ona su najveći pokretači razvoja ekonomije u zemlji.Veliki dio malih i srednjih poduzeća se odnosi na obiteljska poduzeća. Najveća prednost malih poduzeća u odnosu na velika je fleksibilnost odnosno, brza prilagodba novonastalim situacijama na tržištu, a jedan od najvećih nedostataka je manjak financijskih sredstava. Karakteristika malih poduzeća u odnosu na velika je upravo ta da se sve funkcije menadžmenta isprepliću. U upravljanju malim poduzećima sudjeluje samo jedna osoba koja je najčešće vlasnik, on određuje ciljeve i planove odnosno, sve upravlja svim funkcijama menadžmenta. Menadžer također upravlja zaposlenicima i određuje im zadatke koji vode prema cilju poduzeća. Primarni podaci su prikupljeni putem intervjua u društvu s ograničenom odgovornošću K – dva. K – dva je malo poduzeće koje ima karakteristike menadžmenta malog poduzeća, a vlasnik poduzeća je ujedno i menadžer poduzeća koji sve menadžerske funkcije provodi sam.
Abstract (english)
Small and medium enterprises are the backbone of any economy, and especially its importance is recognized through their share of employment. Republic of Croatia has the most small businesses and they are the biggest starters of economic development in the country. A large part of small and medium enterprises is related to family businesses. The biggest advantage of small businesses compared to large businesses is flexibility, fast adaptation of newly situations in the market, and one of the biggest disadvantages is the lack of financial resources. A characteristic of small businesses compared to large is that all management functions are interrelated. The management of small businesses involved only one person who is usually the owner, he sets goals and plans that manages all functions of the office. The manager also manages the staff and determines their tasks, which lead to the company's goals. Primary data was collected through interviews in a limited liability company K - dva. K - dva is a little company that has the characteristics of the management of a small company and manages all the management function alone.
