Abstract
Menadžment i kontroling su dvije zasebne funkcije poduzeća za koje se uvjetno rečeno, a posebno u današnje moderno doba može navesti da funkcioniraju kao jedna. Razvoj kontrolinga je počeo davno, ali u zadnjih nekoliko godina ta je funkcija sve više prisutna u velikom broju poduzeća. Razlozi uvođenja ove funkcije su razni. Na početku je ova funkcija bila usko vezana za računovodstvo i financije, ali danas ima potpuno drugačiju ulogu nego što je to bilo u prošlosti. Mnogi stručnjaci smatraju da je danas osnovna uloga kontrolinga suradnja s menadžmentom i pružanje podrške menadžmentu u donošenju važnih odluka.
Abstract (english)
Management andcontroling are two separate companyfunctions for which to speak, especiallyinmodern age thatcanfunction as one. Developmentofcontrollingbeganlong ago, but inrecentyearsthisfunction is increasinglypresentinlargenumberofcompanies. Thereasons for theintroductionofthesefunctions are different. At thebeginningthisfunctionwascloselyrelated to accountingandfinance, but nowithas a completelydifferent role thaninthe past. Today, manyexpertsbelievethatthemain role ofcontrolling is cooperationwiththemanagementandsupportingthemanagementinmakingimportantdecisions.
