Abstract
Odjeća je oduvijek bila potrebna čovjeku, nekada joj je glavna uloga bila zaštita od hladnoće dok je danas važna estetska komponenta odjeće. Tekstilna i odjevna industrija zauzimaju važno mjesto u hrvatskom gospodarstvu s obzirom na dugogodišnju tradiciju, značajan broj zaposlenih i partnerstva s europskim i svjetskim tvrtkama. U ovom diplomskom radu istražuju se motivi, stavovi, navike i preferencije adolescenata prilikom kupnje odjeće. Nakon provedenog istraživanja utvrđeno je da na adolescente snažan utjecaj imaju referentne grupe, ponajprije mediji, obitelj i prijatelji, te da mladi donose odluke o kupnji odjeće na temelju njihovog utjecaja. Također je utvrđeno da hrvatska maloprodaja prati trendove koji vladaju na drugim tržištima, odnosno da je prisutan trend zatvaranja malih dućana u centru grada i otvaranje velikih šoping centara na rubnim dijelovima grada, zbog sve veće potražnje za takvim mjestima kupnje što potvrđuju i rezultati provedene ankete.
Abstract (english)
Clothing through the past had an important role. In the history the purpose of clothes was protective but today it needs to be pretty and estetic. Textil and clothing industry have an important role in Croatian economy and this is because of long tradition, a lot of workers who are working in the industry and partnerships all over the world. In this master thesis we are analysing adolescents and their motives, attitudes, habits and preferences when they buy clothes. After deep research we had established that referent groups such as media, family and friends, have a very strong influence on adolescents. Croatian retails are tracking trends of all over the world and now the trend is that shops in the centers are closing and they are opening in shopping centers, usually outside of a city center.
