Each person manages assets at his/her disposal during his/her lifetime. Portfolio is a collection of various types of assets that an individual holds to reduce the overall risk. Each investor should be focused on maintaining his wealth, and if it's possible to achieve additional yield, even better. Most of the investments should be conservative and relatively safe, but it also depends on the age of the investor and his willingness to accept the risk. In accordance with other limiting factors, the portfolio should contain mostly investments which allow maintenance of existing assets, and only a small proportion of those that carry higher risk and thus allow large growth or include possible loss of the invested assets. Each individual manages his/her wealth according to his or her own preferences. There are different ways of managing wealth, from low-risk investments that carry small gains to those with high-risk, which in return carry the potentially large gains or losses. Since each person has different personal and age characteristics, preferences, income and lifestyle, it is impossible to determine a universal mode of investment and diversification of assets that would satisfy everyone's needs. However, it is possible to determine a gudeliness of classifying the financial assets in the way that the investment doesn't become too risky and that it maintains the real value of assets.
