Abstract
Rizici u međunarodnoj robnoj razmjeni danas su neizbježna pojava. Izbjeći ih se ne može, ali ih se može umanjiti. Subjekti koji na pravi način znaju upravljati rizicima povećavaju svoju konkurentnost na tržištu i ostvaruju veću profitabilnost. Ovaj rad fokusirao se na tečajni rizik u međunarodnom poslovanju i opcijama koje se nude na deviznom tržištu, a omogućuju bolju prevenciju i bolje upravljanje tečajnim rizikom. Tečajni rizik u međunarodnoj robnoj razmjeni uvijek je vezan za trgovanje sa drugom valutom i za političke rizike država s kojom se trguje. Uobičajeno se taj rizik povezuje i reducira s upotrebom različitih financijskih derivata. Najveće značenje u upravljanju tečajnim rizikom ima terminsko devizno tržište i upravljanje rizikom putem hedginga.
