Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada jest uloga lean start-up metode i lean analitike u stvaranju uspješne start-up organizacije. U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazuje se sistematizacija i primjena lean start-up metode osmišljene da pomogne u stvaranju odrţive start-up organizacije. Prikazani su osnovni pojmovi lean start-up metode kao što su proizvod s minimalnom funkcionalnošću (MVP), zaokret u poslovnom modelu (pivot) te lean analitički okviri. U empirijskom dijelu rada prikazuju se i analiziraju rezultati provedenog istraţivanja o primjeni lean start-up metode u tehnološkim startup organizacijama u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final thesis is the role of lean startup method and lean analytics in creating a successfull startup. The theoretical part of the paper gives a systematic overview of basic principles and use of lean startup method designed to help create a sustainable startup. Basic concepts of lean startup method are shown, such as minimum viable product (MVP), pivoting and lean analytics frameworks. The empirical part reports and analyzes the results of a survey regarding use of lean startup method in technology startups in Croatia.
