Abstract
Pod utjecajem razvoja informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija turistički sektor je kroz godine u potpunosti doživio transformaciju poslovanja. Informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije stvorile su okruženje konstantne internetske umreženosti, interaktivne razmjene informacija te primjene mobilnih tehnologija čime je stvorena podloga za razvoj pametnog turizma. Ovaj rad definira pametni turizam i njegove najvažnije elemente kroz čiji se utjecaj stvara takav pametni turistički sistem. Provedeno istraživanje daje uvid u perspektivu razvoja na temelju navika, znanja i stavova samih turista jer je za stvaranju pametnog turizma neizostavno njihovo djelovanje i uključenost.
Abstract (english)
Influenced by the development of information-communication technologies, the tourism sector has undergone a complete business transformation throughout the last couple of years. Information-communication technologies have created an environment of constant internet networkness, interactive exchange of information and the use of mobile technologies, thus creating the basis for the development of smart tourism. This paper defines smart tourism and its most important elements through which such a smart tourism system is created. The research conducted gives an insight into the development perspective based on the habits, knowledge and attitudes of the tourists themselves, since to create smart tourism their action and involvement are indispensable.
