Abstract
U ovom radu prikazana je važnost malih poduzeća za hrvatsko gospodarstvo. Prema kriterijima razvrstavanja subjekata u sektoru malih i srednjih poduzeća u Hrvatskoj su definirani mali i srednji poduzetnici Zakonom o računovodstvu i Zakonom o poticanju malog gospodarstva. Posljednjom izmjenom Zakona o računovodstvu 2017. godine definirana je kategorija mikro poduzeća. Kada se govori o malim poduzetnicima u ovom radu pod pojmom mali poduzetnik se podrazumijevaju mikro i mali poduzetnici zbog analiza koje nisu uključivale novo definiranu kategoriju. U ovom radu obrađeni su najčešći izvori financiranja za male poduzetnike kao što financiranje vlastitim sredstvima, financiranje zaduživanjem, rzični kapital u financiranju malih poduzetnika te državni programi financiranja. Analizirana je ponuda proizvoda za kreditiranje malih poduzetnika u jednoj od hrvatskih banaka te analizirali zahtjeve poslovnih subjekata za kreditiranjem. Rezultati analize su pokazali da su dominantni izvor financiranja poduzetničke aktivnosti krediti banaka, uz Vladine programe poticaja i subvencionirane kreditne linije, te leasing, dok se finaciranje putem rizičnog kapitala gotovo i ne koristi.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the importance of small businesses for the Croatian economy. According to the criteria for classifying entities in the SME sector in Croatia, SMEs are defined by the Accounting Act and the Small Business Promotion Act. The latest amendment to the Accounting Act 2017 defined the micro-enterprise category. When referring to small businesses in this paper, the term small business is understood to mean micro and small businesses because of analyzes that did not include a newly defined category. This paper addresses the most common sources of financing for small businesses, such as own-source financing, debt financing, venture capital funding for small businesses, and government funding programs. The offer of products for small business lending at one of the Croatian banks was analyzed and the requirements of business entities for lending were analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that the dominant source of financing entrepreneurial activity is bank loans, along with Government incentive programs and subsidized credit lines, as well as leasing, while venture capital financing is hardly used.
