Abstract
Ključna promjena koja je pretpostavka nizu drugih promjena i unapređenja zdravstvenog sustava jest praćenje troškova. U ovome radu detaljnije će se pisati o tradicionalnim i suvremenim metodama obračuna troškova te njihovoj primjeni u zdravstvu.
Abstract (english)
A key change that underlies a number of other changes and improvements to the health system is cost tracking. The paper will discuss in more detail traditional and contemporary methods of cost accounting will emphasis on use in the healthcare system.
