The graduate thesis "Business Transformation of Adris Group d.d." deals with the evaluation of the business performance and the way of conducting the business transformation of the mentioned company. Although a transformation as thorough as business is commonly preceded by a longer crisis period, this paper will prove that this may not always be the case. The paper is divided into five chapters. Each one present the issues and understanding of key factors and processes of business transformation. The first and introductory chapter presents the subject and purpose of the paper, its content and structure as well as methods of data collection. Chapter two introduces the problem of business management. Here the strategy and the strategy forming process, as well as the process of business transformation and strategic turnaround are thoroughly explained. Business transformation as a process is extremely time-consuming and demanding and encompasses absolutely every level of company and business. In order for it to be implemented in the best possible way and to obtain the effects expected from it, cooperation of all levels of the company is necessary. Creative thinking must be at the forefront to form specific goals that are to be achieved, which is then aided by concrete facts about the market situation and the external and internal environment gathered by the planning department. Those goals are commonly known as a mision and vision of the company. Chapter three presents the development of the Group, showing how the Adris Group has withstood all the challenges of the business environment adapting to every situation and continuously growing by been guided by highly capable management. In the section that follows, the strategic and financial analysis of the strategic business units and financial statements of the Adris Group d.d. are conducted for the four-year period. The results speak in favor of durability and complexity of the business transformation process. Although many business turmoil has taken place and the group's liquidity and business performance has never been called into question. Each financial year ended with a positive result, which was declining in the first three years, but this has changed in the last year when net profit is growing again. Numerous acquisitions and and mergers of companies already operating under the mother company are an indication of the Group's exceptional business ability. Considering all the facts and results of the analyzes conducted, the future of Adris Group d.d. it is extremely bright and many successful years lie ahead.
