Abstract | Dosadašnja istraživanja pokazala su kako je od najranije dobi potrebno ulagati u obrazovanje, pa tako i u obrazovanje o poduzetništvu. Poduzetnik je osoba koji neprestano traga za nečim inovativnim, uporan je u svom radu i razvoju te ima hrabrosti pokazati da je drugačiji. Poduzetništvo i njegov razvoj pokazali su velik utjecaj na ekonomski razvoj te razvoj cjelokupnog gospodarstva; poticanje poduzetnika i njihovih ideja te potpora institucija ima veliki učinak i donosi dobrobit za sve, a ne samo za poduzetnika. Osobine koje karakteriziraju poduzetnike – inovativnost, spremnost na preuzimanje rizika, upornost, samouvjerenost, naporan rad, su karakteristike koje pojedinac može razviti i naučiti, a ne nešto što se prenosi genetikom. Poduzetničko obrazovanje postalo je izuzetno važan dio obrazovnih programa u svijetu, tako i u Hrvatskoj; sve više obrazovnih sustava uviđa važnost ulaganja u poduzetničko obrazovanje. Upravo je zato ovaj diplomski rad usmjeren na istraživanje sklonosti poduzetništvu kod srednjoškolaca. Za potrebe diplomskog rada provedeno je istraživanje na uzorku od 100 učenika jedne odabrane ekonomske škole i jedne odabrane opće gimnazije u gradu Zagrebu. Istraživanje je provedeno putem anketnog upitnika, a dalo je rezultate prema kojima možemo zaključiti da nema statistički značajne povezanosti između usmjerenja srednje škole koju srednjoškolci pohađaju i sklonosti poduzetništvu. Odgoj i uža obitelj u kojoj odrastaju, prema provedenom istraživanju imaju statistički značajnu povezanost s razvojem sklonosti poduzetništvu i sklonosti da učenici jednog dana razviju vlastitu poduzetničku ideju. Iskustvo u učeničkim poslovima razvilo je kod mnogih srednjoškolaca svijest da upornim radom mogu doći do željenoga cilja. Konačno, srednjoškolci na kojima je provedeno istraživanje spremni su na naporan rad i preuzimanje rizika kako bi uspjeli u ostvarivanju vlastitoga cilja. |
Abstract (english) | Research to date has shown that it is necessary to invest in education, including entrepreneurship education, from an early age. An entrepreneur is a person who is constantly looking for something innovative, is persistent in his work and development and has the courage to show that he is different. Entrepreneurship and its development have shown a great impact on economic development and the development of the whole economy; the governmental stimulation of entrepreneurs and their ideas and the institutional support have a positive impact and benefits for everyone, not just for the entrepreneur. The traits that characterize entrepreneurs, like innovation, willingness to take risks, persistence, self-confidence, hard work, are all traits that an individual can develop, learn, and not something that is inherent. Thus, entrepreneurial education has become an extremely important part of educational systems throughout the world, as well as in Croatia, as more and more educational systems are realizing the importance of investing in entrepreneurship education. This diploma thesis is thus aimed at researching the propensity of entrepreneurship in high school students. For the purpose of the diploma thesis, a survey was conducted on a sample of 100 students of one selected School of Economics and one selected General High School in the City of Zagreb. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire, and it yielded results according to which we can conclude that there is no statistically significant correlation between the high school orientation that high school students attend and the propensity for entrepreneurship. According to the conducted research, the upbringing, the close family relations and context in which the students grow up conducted has a statistically significant effect on the development of the propensity for entrepreneurship and the tendency to one day develop their own entrepreneurial idea. Experience in working student jobs has in many high school students instilled an awareness that by working hard they can achieve the desired goal. The conclusion of the research is that the high school students surveyed are willing to work hard and take risks to succeed in achieving their own goal. |
