Abstract
Poslovni informacijski sustavi su osnovna podrška poslovanja suvremenog poduzeća. Budući da se sve češće govori o poslovanju u oblaku, napravljena je analiza korištenja poslovnih informacijskih sustava u oblaku u Republici Hrvatskoj. Jedan od ciljeva ovog rada jest prikazati učestalost korištenja poslovnih informacijskih sustava u oblaku u Republici Hrvatskoj. Dodatno, potrebno je prikazati koje usluge se najčešće koriste u poslovanju u oblaku. Isto tako, biti će analizirano IT tržište Republike Hrvatske uz naglasak na IT usluge. Analiza tržišta ima za cilj pokazati rast IT tržišta i unutar njega razvoj poduzeća koja se bave razvojem i ponudom poslovnih informacijskih sustava. Korištene metodologije, kao podrška ostvarenju ciljeva, su metoda istraživanja na osnovi sekundarnih podataka i metoda studije slučaja. Rezultati proizašli iz analize pokazuju rast hrvatskog IT tržišta. Također, korištenje poslovnih informacijskih sustava u oblaku znatnije je veće nego korištenje poslužiteljsko klijentskih poslovnih informacijskih sustava. Korisnička poduzeća koriste sam vrh usluga poslovnog informacijskog sustava u oblaku. Prema statističkim pokazateljima provedene analize, tvrtke bi trebale razmisliti o migraciji poslovnih informacijskih sustava u oblak. Bez obzira na djelatnost pojedinog poduzeća, poslovni informacijski sustavi u oblaku mogu pridonijeti unaprjeđenju poslovnih procesa i donijeti konkurentnu prednost.
Abstract (english)
The basic support for the business of a modern company are enterprise resource planning systems. An analysis of their usage was made, since Cloud based enterprise resource planning is becoming more popular in Croatia. One of the goals of this thesis is to show the frequency of use of cloud based enterprise resource planning. Additionally, it is necessary to determine which services are most commonly used in the Cloud. Also, an analysis of IT market, with an emphasis on IT services, aims to show the growth of IT market and IT companies who develop and supply enterprise resource planning systems. The methodologies used to support the achievement of the objectives are statistical analysis of secondary data records and the case study method. The results based on the analysis show the growth of Croatian IT market. Also, the use of Cloud based enterprise resource planning is significantly higher than the use of client-server architecture. The clients use almost all modules of the Cloud based enterprise resource planning. According to the analized statistics, companies should consider migrating enterprise resource planning to the Cloud. Regardless of business structure, Cloud based enterprise resource planning can help improving business processes and provide a competitive advantage.
