Abstract
Cilj i tema rada su istražiti odanost zaposlenika u malim i srednjim poduzećima općenito, te razliku između odanosti u malim i odanosti u srednjim poduzećima. Postoji potreba za istraživanjem kome su zaposlenici više odaniji, te koji je razlog tome kako bi se smanjile negativne posljedice niske odanosti, česte fluktuacije zaposlenika, neželjeni odlasci te rad smanjenim kapacitetom. Važnost istraživanja odanosti kod malih i srednjih poduzeća je ta jer upravo odlaskom samo jedne osobe ta poduzeća trpe najveće troškove u odnosu na veća poduzeća. Cilj istraživanja je saznati mišljenja ispitanika koji je razlog odanosti, što utječe na njihovu odanost, ako su uopće odani poduzeću te smatraju li da su općenito zaposlenici odaniji malim ili srednjim poduzećima. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju kako ispitanici smatraju da je organizacijska odanost veća kod malih poduzeća te također prevladava normativna odanost. Na uzorku od 73 ispitanika, najveći postotak njih je prema rezultatima ankete odan organizaciji zbog osjećaja da će iznevjeriti poduzeće svojim odlaskom iz istoga.
Abstract (english)
The aim and topic of the paper is to investigate employee commitment in SMEs in general, and the difference between commitment in small and commitment in medium-sized enterprises. There is a need for research to which employees are more commitment, and the reason is to reduce the negative consequences of low commitment, frequent employee fluctuations, unwanted departures, and reduced capacity work. The importance of commitment research in small and medium-sized enterprises is that it is precisely with the departure of only one person that these companies suffer the highest costs compared to larger ones. The aim of the research is to find out the opinions of the respondents which is the reason for commitment, which affects their commitment, if they are at all commitment to the company and whether they consider employees to be more commitment to small or medium-sized enterprises. The results of the study show that respondents believe that organizational commitment is higher in small businesses and that normative commitment also prevails. In a sample of 73 respondents, the largest percentage of them, according to the survey, are commitment to the organization because they feel they will fail the company by leaving it.
