Abstract
Predmet istraživanja u radu su modeli beskontaktnog plaćanja i njihov razvoj. Temeljna svrha završnog rada je istražiti i analizirati modele beskontaktnog plaćanja u Hrvatskoj i šire. Cilj istraživanja je dati detaljan uvid u modele te napraviti usporedbu različitih elektroničkih poslovanja. Analiza se temelji na dostupnim informacijama i financijskim izvješćima odabranih banaka. Osim toga, sve više se pridaje važnost zaštiti prilikom plaćanja kroz beskontaktni model. Na temelju analize modela beskontaktnog plaćanja kroz praktičan primjer, a pri tome uvažavajući zakonodavni okvir u RH i EU, moguće je dokazati kako postoje različitosti u oblicima plaćanja te zaštiti istih. Ključno je, uz to, analizirati nadolazeće trendove plaćanja unutar EU-a.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with contact payment models and their development. The basic purpose of this thesis is to investigate and analyze the contact payment models and their development. The aim of the research is to provide a detailed insight into the payment models and to conduct a comparative analysis of different electronic businesses. The research part of the work is based on available information and financial reports of selected banks. Also, it is paid very great attention to the protection of contact payment model. The research hypothesis has been confirmed: "Based on the analysis through practical example and taking into account the legislative framework and accounting principles of financial reporting in the Republic of Croatia and EU, it is possible to prove that there are significant differences in payment models as well as protection models. It is also crucial to analyze upcoming payment trends within the EU.
