Abstract | U diplomskom radu prikazana je svrha korištenja elektroničkog poslovanja na kojem se temelji portal Regrutiraj se. Svrha portala zapravo je povezati poslodavce i posloprimce na jednostavan način, omogućiti im komunikaciju međusobno, ali i šire. Cijela mreža odvija se elektroničkim putem te se u tome vidi snaga elektroničkog poslovanja koje je vrlo jednostavno u doticaju s klijentom. Prikazano je kako se razvija poslovni model temeljen na elektroničkom poslovanju. Na samom početku su dane definicije o elektroničkom poslovanju, prednosti i nedostatci istog. Zatim poslovni model te misija, vizija i ciljevi projekta. Nakon toga predstavljene su inovacije koje projekt razlikuju od konkurencije te su opisani modeli ostvarivanja prihoda pomoću kojih će se projekt financirati. Napravljena je analiza konkurenata te je pojašnjena suradnja s glavnim suradnicima koja će nam omogućiti bolju povezanost s tržištem i uvod u poslovanje. Da bi poslovni model uopće mogao funkcionirati na Internetu bilo je potrebno zakupiti domenu i poslužitelj. Napravljen je i marketinški plan prema kojem su dodijeljena sredstva za pojedine vrste oglašavanja. Također su u projektu opisane i mobilne tehnologije koje bi se koristile te su predstavljene Web 2.0 tehnologije unutar kojih su napravljeni profili na različitim društvenim mrežama kao što su Facebook, Instagram, Twitter i LinkedIn. Nakon toga napravljena je SWOT analiza kako bi se utvrdile snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje projekta. Opisani su troškovi projekta i Web stranica projekta. Nakon projekta prikazano je anketno istraživanje o modelu elektroničkog poslovanja. Na samom kraju donesen je zaključak. |
Abstract (english) | The purpose of this diploma paper is to use the electronic business on which the Recruit portal is based. The purpose of the portal is to connect employers and employees in an easy way, to enable them to communicate with each other, but also beyond. The entire network is conducted electronically, which shows the power of e-commerce, which is very easy to contact with the client. It shows how an e-business based business model is evolving. The definitions of e-commerce, its advantages and disadvantages, are given at the outset. Then the business model and the mission, vision and goals of the project. Subsequently, the innovations that differentiate the project from the competition are presented and the revenue generation models by which the project will be financed are described. The analysis of competitors was made and the cooperation with the main associates was clarified, which will enable us to better connect with the market and give an introduction to the business. In order for the business model to work on the Internet at all, it was necessary to lease a domain and a server. A marketing plan has also been drawn up to allocate funds to specific types of advertising. The project also described the mobile technologies that would be used and introduced Web 2.0 technologies, within which profiles were created on various social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis was made to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the project. The costs of the project and the project website are described. Following the project, a survey on the e-business model was presented. At the very end, a conclusion was reached. |
