Abstract
Radom je pružen teorijski prikaz specifičnosti organizacijske kulture u poslovanju obiteljskih poduzeća. Organizacijska kultura predstavlja vrlo vrijednu imovinu za svako poduzeće i svako poduzeće ima jedinstvenu kulturu koja je stvarana kolektivno tijekom duljeg vremena. Obzirom na to da nije opipljiv aspekt organizacije, vrlo se često zanemaruje, a upravo ona predstavlja vrlo vrijednu imovinu za svako poduzeće i ozbiljan čimbenik unapređenja ili kočenja dobrog poslovanja i razvoja poduzeća u cjelini. Za razliku od neobiteljskih poduzeća koja često žele u što kraćem roku imati što bolje rezultate i motivirani su uglavnom materijalnim motivima, kod obiteljskih poduzeća specifičan je osjećaj osobne odgovornosti za uspjeh poduzeća s naglaskom na dugoročni opstanak i prenošenje istog na mlađe generacije. U empirijskom dijelu specifičnost organizacijske kulture proučava se na konkretnom primjeru obiteljskog poduzeća i njegovim najbitnijim elementima. U radu se posebno naglašava uloga osnivača i obitelji za uspjeh poslovanja i paradoksalne odnose obiteljskog i poslovnog sustava koji se susreću s brojnim izazovima kako bi se tradicija poslovanja uspješno nastavila.
Abstract (english)
The study provided a theoretical description of specific organizational culture in family businesses. Organizational culture is a very valuable asset for every business and every business has a unique culture that has been created collectively over time. Beware that it is not a tangible aspect of the organization, it is often overlooked. Organizational culture is a very valuable asset for any business and a serious factor in improving or hindering good business and corporate development. Unlike non-family businesses, which often want to have the best results as soon as possible and are motivated mainly by material motives, family businesses are particularly sensitive to the success of businesses with a focus on long-term survival and transfer for younger generations. In the empirical part of the study the specificity of organizational culture is studied on the concrete example of family businesses and its most important elements. The role of the founders and the family in the success of the business and the paradoxical relationships of the family and the business system, which face numerous challenges in order to continue the tradition of business, are particularly emphasized in the study.
