Quality is the concept of parameters that show how well a service, product or project has been able to conceptually, constructional, or feasibility manage to satisfy customer expectations and needs. One of the most important tasks of modern management in organisations is quality management. At the end of the twentieth century, quality management was primarily about managing the quality of products and services, whereas today quality management refers to the overall business. The role of non-profit organizations in society is important because they fulfil the needs of their members and create values for the whole society. Their activities are linked to areas that cannot be organized on a market basis. Although the business strategy of non-profit organisations is not based on money, it is impossible to meet the goals or social mission of the business without it. The success of organisations in the non-profit sector is measured by the quality of services, and the implementation of a certified quality management system becomes an important prerequisite for building consumers loyalty. Non-profit organisations have implemented various quality assurance models to manage quality in the business, and depending on the focus of the business, they can be focused on customers, human resources, business process or overall business. Regardless of the type of applied standard, its goal is to respond to competitive pressure, enhance the ability to create values and ensure long-term sustainable business.
