Abstract
U tijeku četvrte industrijske revolucije, inovativni poslovni modeli stvaraju disrupciju velikih razmjera te dovode do na radikalnih promjena u tradicionalnim industrijama. Ovaj rad će istražiti može li inovativni poslovni model predstavljati dovoljan izvor konkurentske prednosti na globalnom tržištu te utjecati na odluku poduzeća za internacionalizacijom. Istražit će se moguće strategije izlaska na međunarodna tržišta te fenomen globalno rođenih poduzeća. U analizi studije slučaja poduzeća FlixBus istražit će se izvori konkurentske prednosti unutar poslovnog modela, skalabilnost poslovnog modela, odabrane strategije internacionalizacije te njihov odnos i međusobni utjecaj.
Abstract (english)
In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Business Model Innovation could lead to a large-scale disruption to traditional industries and cause radical changes. This paper will explore sources of competitive advantage in the Business Models and their influence on a company's decision to internationalize. Possible strategies for entering international markets and the phenomenon of born global companies will be also presented. The analysis of the FlixBus case study will explore the sources of competitive advantage within the Business Model, scalability of the Business Model, the internationalization strategies chosen, and their relationship and interplay.
