Abstract
Poslovna inteligencija podrazumijeva proces prikupljanja raspoloživih internih i eksternih podataka te njihovu pretvorbu u kvalitetne informacije koje služe kao pomoć menadžerima u donošenju poslovnih odluka. Poduzeća koja teže modernom poslovanju implementiraju sustav poslovne inteligencije, koriste prednosti praćenja poslovanja pretverajući informacije u poslovnu inteligenciju, poslovnu inteligenciju u organizacijsko znanje, a to znanje u profit. Proces upravljanja investicijskim projektima podrazumijeva donošenje odluka na strateškoj razini. Konceptualni okvir poslovne inteligencije može biti iskorišten kao vrlo dobra smjernica uspješnog upravljanja investicijskim projektima. Izgradnja sustava poslovne inteligencije jedna je od značajnijih promjena u poslovanju poduzeća kojom se osiguralo uspješno upravljanje investicijskim projektima, smanjili troškovi i povećala transparentnost te ubrzao protok kvalitetnih informacija. Povećanjem transparentnosti i centralizacijom podataka kroz sustav poslovne inteligencije smanjuje se razina ovisnosti o radu pojedinaca unutar organizacije poduzeća. Poslovne odluke koje su donesene na temelju kvalitetnih informacija mogu dati dobre rezultate i promijeniti tijek izvršenja investicijskog projekta prema uspješnoj realizaciji. Izgrađenim sustavom poslovne inteligencije osigurana je pravovremena informatička podrška poslovnom odlučivanju u investicijskom procesu upravljanja kroz rješenje koje odlikuje intuitivno i jedinstveno korisničko sučelje. Omogućena je funkcionalnost u procesu investicijskog planiranja i ostalim procesima upravljanja projektima, uspostavljena je jedinstvena baza projektnih podataka te osigurana integracija sustava u postojeće informacijsko okruženje. Korištenjem sustava poslovne inteligencije na vrijeme su otkriveni nedostaci, definirani rizici te uspostavljeno praćenje i kontrola u procesu upravljanja investicijskim projektima. Sustav je organiziran na način da pruža brojne funkcionalnosti koje se mogu koristiti u dnevnoj provedbi i praćenju projektnih aktivnosti te omogućava generiranje određenih izvješća, odnosno „izvlačenje“ podataka za potrebe izvještavanja.
Abstract (english)
Business intelligence is the process of gathering available internal and external data and converting it into quality information that help managers in making decisions. In order to modernise their business, companies implement business intelligence system, take advantage of business monitoring by converting information into business intelligence, business intelligence into organizational knowledge, and that knowledge into profit. The process of managing investment projects involves strategic level decision-making. The conceptual framework of business intelligence can be used as an important guideline for successful management of investment projects. Building a business intelligence system is one of the significant changes in the business of a company which has ensured successful management of investment projects, reduced costs and increased transparency, as well as accelerated the flow of quality information. Increasing transparency and centralizing data through the business intelligence system reduces the level of person dependence within an enterprise organization. Business decisions based on quality information can provide good results and redirect investment project towards successful implementation. Built-in business intelligence system provides timely IT support for business decision-making in the investment management process through intuitive and unique user solution. Functionality in the investment planning and project management processes has been established, along with a single project database, the preparation of reports and the integration of the system into the existing information environment. Business intelligence system, enables identifying, understanding and defining deficiencies in a timely manner, as well as establishing monitoring and control in the process of managing investment projects. The system is organized in such a way that it provides numerous functionalities that can be used in the daily implementation and monitoring of project activities and enables the generation of certain reports, ie "extraction" of data for reporting purposes.
