Abstract
Elektronička trgovina predstavlja efikasan i brzo rastući oblik trgovanja. Ista obuhvaća kupnju, prodaju ili razmjenu dobara putem Interneta. Pod utjecajem razvoja Interneta poduzeća danas prolaze proces transformacije. Razvojem tehnologije promijenila se trgovinu kakvu smo poznavali. Internet trgovine karakterizira brzina, globalna povezanost, interaktivnost te personalizacija. Ulaganjem u tehnologiju i nove modele poslovanja omogućuje se rast poslovanja izvan okvira ograničenog fizičkog tržišta. Iz godine u godinu povećava se broj kupaca putem Interneta. Stoga je za opstanak na tržištu i ostvarivanje konkurentske pozicije nužno okrenuti se elektroničkoj trgovini. Glavni cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi perspektivu razvoja i zadovoljstvo hrvatskih kupaca prema Internet trgovinama. Istraživanje se provelo na temelju online ankete putem koje se nastojalo dobiti odgovore na pitanja vezana uz navike, sklonosti i ponašanje potrošača prilikom online trgovine. Ovaj diplomski rad fokusiran je na provođenju ankete o elektroničkoj trgovini i pregledu rezultata dobivenih u istraživanju.
Abstract (english)
E-commerce is effective and fast growing form of trading. It involves the purchase, sale or exchange of goods through Internet. Under the influence of the development of the Internet, companies are undergoing a transformation process today. With the development of technology, the trade we knew was changing. Online shopping is characterized by speed, global connectivity, interactivity and personalization. Investing in technology and new business models enables business growth beyond the boundaries of a limited physical market. The number of online customers is increasing every year. Therefore, in order to survive in the market and gain a competitive position, it is necessary to turn to e-commerce. The main objective of the research was to determine the perspective of development and satisfaction of Croatian customers with Internet stores. The research is based on online survey designed to get answers related to customers habits, tendencies and behavior while shopping online. This thesis is focused on conducting an e-commerce survey and reviewing the results.
