Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je definirati konkurentske prednosti poduzeća te ulogu intelektualnog kapitala kao konkurentske prednosti poduzeća. U prvom dijelu rada definirani su pojmovi konkurentske prednosti, elemenata i izvora konkurentskih prednosti za poduzeće te su definirane ključne sposobnosti kao temelj konkurentskih prednosti za poduzeće. Nadalje, pojašnjen je pojam intelektualnog kapitala, elementi intelektualnog kapitala, upravljanje intelektualnim kapitalom te su prikazani načini na koje je moguće mjeriti intelektualni kapital u poduzećima. Nakon obrade teorijskog dijela rada, na kraju rada prikazani su rezultati istraživanja o ulozi i primjeni intelektualnog kapitala u hrvatskim malim i srednjim poduzećima, te je nakon svega izveden zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The objective of this thesis is to define the competitive advantages of enterprises and the role of intellectual capital as a competitive advantage of enterprises. The first part of the thesis defines the concepts of competitive advantage, elements and sources of competitive advantage for the company and defines key competences as the basis of competitive advantage for the company. Furthermore, the concept of intellectual capital, elements of intellectual capital, management of intellectual capital are clarified as the ways in which intellectual capital in enterprises can be measured. After the theoretical part of the thesis, the results of the research on the role and application of intellectual capital in Croatian SMEs are presented at the end and a conclusion is drawn after all.
