Abstract
Povećani udio starijeg stanovništva u ukupnom stanovništvu u Republici Hrvatskoj, ali i u svijetu rezultira mnogim promjenama u demografskom i gospodarskom razvoju. Pripadnici starijih generacija sporije prate inovativnosti te se teže prilagođavaju novim trendovima, a posebice trendovima na području tržišta. Tržište danas nudi različite oblike prodaje izvan prodavaonice, no istraživanje, provedeno u ovom završnom radu, je potvrdilo kako starije generacije prodavaonicu zamjenjuju najstarijim oblikom trgovine, tj. tržnicom dok su oblici prodaje prilikom kojih ne mogu vidjeti i isprobati proizvod na nižoj razini njihovih preferencija.
Abstract (english)
Larger share of the elderly population in Republic of Croatia and the rest of the world is causing many changes regarding demographic and economic development. Elderly people take more time to adjust to new trends and innovations, especially market trends. The market today offers different forms of out-of-store sale, but research conducted in this Final paper confirmed that elderly people are replacing the store with the oldest forms of stores which are regular markets. The forms of sale in which they can't see or try the product are lower on their list of preferences.
