Abstract
Brojna istraživanja pokazuju da je moguće dizajnirati motivirajući rad i radno okruženje, što rezultira pozitivanim ishodom za zaposlenika i organizaciju. Dobar menadžer je svjestan i zna da usklađivanjem zahtjeva posla koji se stavljaju pred zaposlenika i kompenzacije koju zaposlenik prima za obavljeni posao, utječe na zadovoljstvo i produktivnost na radnom mjestu. Da bi organizacije uspjele zadržati uspješne i kvalitetne zaposlenike, potrebno je obratiti pozornost na dizajn posla – jedan od ključnih strategija nematerijalnog motiviranja i zadržavanja zaposlenika. U ovome radu istražena je i prikazana međusobna povezanost motivacije za rad te produktivnosti zaposlenika s dizajnom posla. Dizajn posla je teoretski obrađen te je provedeno anketno istraživanje u kojem je sudjelovalo 12 zaposlenika banke na radnom mjestu bankarskog službenika. Analizom dobivenih rezultata utvrđeno je da zaposlenici, odnosno bankarski službenici smatraju da dizajn posla predstavlja potencijal za podizanje motivacije, ali i način kako ih zadržati na tom radnom mjestu.
Abstract (english)
Many researchs proves that it is possible to design motivating work, which has positive consequences for individuals and their organizations. A good manager is aware that balancing the demands of the job he puts on the employee and the compensation the employee receives for the work done affects the employee's satisfaction and productivity in the workplace. For organizations to retain successful employees, job design is one of the key ways to motivate and retain employees. This work explores the link between employee motivation and employee productivity with job design. The design of the job was theoretically processed and a survey was conducted in which 12 employees of Zagrebačka banka participated as a Bankers. The analysis of the obtained results shows that the employees, in this case the bank employees, consider that the design of the job represents the potential for raising the motivation, but also a way to keep them in that workplace.
