Abstract
Prisutnost žena u poduzetništvu i na rukovodećim funkcijama danas više nije iznenađujuća i neobična, a sve je više primjera uspješnog poslovanja poduzeća pod rukovodstvom žena. Cilj rada je osvjestiti stanovništvo o stvarnim problemima sa kojim se žene susreću u poduzetništvu. Najvažniji rezultat samog istraživanja je kako su žene u današnjem društvu još uvijek diskriminirane u smisli vođenja vlastitoga posla te većina ispitanika smatra kako žene nemaju jednak status u društvu kao muška populacija.
Abstract (english)
The presence of women in entrepreneurship and leadership is no longer surprising and unusual today, and there are more and more examples of successful business that are run by women. The main goal of this final work is to make the population aware of real problems that women face in entrepreneurship and to show more closely the advantages of women entrepreneurship. The most important result of the research is that women in today society are still discriminated against in terms of running their own business, and most respondents believe that women do not have same status in society as the male population.
