Abstract
Angažiranost zaposlenika zadnjih nekoliko godina ističe se kao jedna od najvažnijih stvari koja pokreće svaku organizaciju. Zapošljavanje vrhunskog talenta oduvijek je bilo bitno, ali zadržavanje istog tog talenta, uz njihovu punu angažiranost, postaje od kritične važnosti za kvalitetno djelovanje organizacije. Angažiranost zaposlenika temelji se na pozitivnom psihološkom radnom stanju koje vodi zaposlenika da se u poslu aktivno izrazi, odnosno da u posao sebe uloži emocionalno, kognitivno i fizički. S rastom tehnologije u sektoru ljudskih resursa početkom 2000-ih godina, razvija se softver za angažiranje zaposlenika te ubrzo postaje glavni alat za stimuliranje inovativnosti te povećanje prihoda i profitabilnosti. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati značaj softvera za angažiranje zaposlenika te kako se primjenjuju u praksi. Na početku rada će se definirati ključni pojmovi bitni za ovaj rad, poput angažiranosti zaposlenika i softvera za angažiranje zaposlenika te objasniti važnost komunikacije kao stvaratelja kulture angažiranosti. Nadalje, fokus će biti na tehnologiji koja se koristi kod navedenih softvera. Detaljno će biti opisan rad softvera te njihova primjena, zatim koje su prednosti korištenja tih softvera i zašto uopće postoji potreba za njima. Na kraju rada bit će provedena detaljna analiza nad trenutno najboljim softverima za angažiranje zaposlenika. Cilj provedenog istraživanja dat će bolji uvid u važnost softvera za angažiranje zaposlenika te kako njihova primjena u organizacijama može znatno unaprijediti same organizacije.
Abstract (english)
In recent years, employee engagement has become one of the factors critical to an organization's health. Employing the best talent has always been important, but retaining that same talent, while keeping them engaged, is of even more importance to every organisation. Employee engagement is the feeling that employees have when they feel valued, connected to the company, and are proud of their work. With the rapid growth of the HR technology sector in the 2000s, employee engagement software quickly became a popular human resource management (HRM) tool for reducing turnover, stimulating innovation and helping increase profitability. The aim of this thesis is to show the importance of employee engagement softwares and how they are used in the workplace. In the beginning, main terms important for this thesis will be defined, those terms being: employee engagement, employee engagement software and communication as a tool of engagement culture. Furthermore, the focus will be on the technology that these softwares use and the use of the employee engagement software and all its advantages will be explained. To conclude the thesis, detailed analysis of the best employee engagement softwares on the market right now, will be conducted. Result of the analysis will give us better insight into the importance of employee engagement softwares and how their use in the workplace can benefit every organization.
