Abstract
Ovaj završni rad stavio je u fokus mala poduzeća jer su pokazala svoju potencijalnu snagu u svim modernim nacionalnim ekonomijama kao gospodarski subjekti koji su nositelji inovativnosti razvoja i zapošljavanja. Suvremeno poslovno okruženje kojeg karakterizira žestoka konkurencija, zahtjeva od poduzeća brze i učinkovite promjene kako bi se prilagođavala zahtjevima tržišta i razvijala konkurentske sposobnosti. Upravo mala poduzeća determinirana svojom jednostavnom organizacijskom strukturom i načinom upravljanja, imaju dobre predispozicije za fleksibilnost, dinamičnost i brzu reakciju. U razvijenim zemljama mala poduzeća imaju dinamičan poslovni rast i ogroman udio među gospodarskim subjektima. Međutim, svoj uspjeh ne duguju samo dobroj poduzetničkoj ideji i dobrim menadžerskim odlukama, već je važan čimbenik njihovog rasta dostupnost vlasničkog i dužničkog financiranja.
Abstract (english)
This final paper focused on small businesses as they showed their potential strength in all modern national economies as economic entities that are the bearers of innovation of development and employment. The modern business environment, characterized by fierce competition, requires companies to change quickly and efficiently in order to adapt to market demands and develop competitive capabilities. It is small companies, determined by their simple organizational structure and management style, that have good predispositions for flexibility, dynamism and quick reaction. In developed countries, small businesses have dynamic business growth and a huge share among economic agents. However, they owe their success not only to a good entrepreneurial idea and good managerial decisions, but an important factor in their growth is the availability of equity and debt financing.
