Abstract
Razvitkom i pomakom civilizacije, količina otpada se kontinuirano povećava, kako komunalnog tako i građevinskog. Jedan od najvećih problematika današnjice jest upravo taj ekološki. U Republici Hrvatskoj je osim razvrstavanja i zbrinjavanja otpada, među ostalim, problem pronalaženja i sanacija ilegalnih odnosno divljih odlagališta. Bespomoćno upravljanje otpadom mogu istinski narušiti i poremetiti nekoliko bioloških sustava, na primjer, obalnog i morskog ekosustava. Na našu dobrobit, prosperitet i zdravlje, otpad utječe izravno i neizravno, a među njima su načini poput: onečišćenje zraka koja također odlaze u atmosferu, klimatske promjene, zagađeni izvori pitke vode, onečišćeno tlo i sl., a na to između ostalog također utječu ilegalne radnje kao što su ilegalno bacanje, nezakonito spaljivanje ili izvoz. Gospodarenje otpadom predstavlja odgovorno i ekonomski prihvatljivo upravljanje cjelovitim životnim vijekom otpada, od samog njegovog izvora odnosno nastanka, prikupljanja, transporta, upotrebe, obrađivanja i odlaganja. U ovom radu će se obraditi problematika građevinskog otpada te njegovo nezakonito zbrinjavanje i odlaganje kojeg je danas na žalost sve više u Republici Hrvatskoj. Navesti će se i primjeri gradova sa najviše ilegalnih otpada poput grada Zagreba, Splita i Zadra. Izradom analize i istraživanja, navesti će se i načini na koje se rješavaju istih i provedene određene politike koje su pomogle u smanjenju spomenutih ilegalnih odlagališta kako bi se oni smanjili ili pronašli alternativna rješenja za njihovo zbrinjavanje.
Abstract (english)
With the development and progress of human advancement, the measure of waste, both collective and development, is quickly expanding, which is one of the greatest natural issues of today. One of the current ecological issues in the Republic of Croatia is the arranging and removal of waste and particularly the finding and remediation of unlawful landfills. Helpless waste administration and garbage removal can truly compromise a few biological systems, for example, marine and seaside environments. Waste directly or indirectly affects our health and well-being in many ways: climate change, air pollutants are released into the atmosphere, contaminated drinking water sources, polluted soil, etc., this is also affected by illegal activities such as illegal dumping, incineration or export. The term waste management actually means economically and environmentally sound management of the entire life cycle of waste, from its generation, collection, transport, utilization, treatment and disposal. The paper will elaborate on the issue of construction waste and its illegal disposal and disposal, which is unfortunately increasingly in the Republic of Croatia today. Examples of cities with the most illegal waste, such as the cities of Zagreb, Split and Zadar, will also be given. By making an analysis and research, we will address the ways in which they are solved and certain policies that have helped to reduce mentioned illegal landfills in order to reduce them or find alternative solutions for their disposal.
