Abstract
S rastom konkurencije dolazi do sve veće borbe za preživljavanjem na tržištu, te su dobre i pravovremene odluke sve važnije jer mogu odlučiti budućnost poduzeća. Pojavom sustava poslovne inteligencije donošenje odluka je olakšano, ali se pojavio novi problem. Kako izgraditi dobar sustav poslovne inteligencije koji će analizirati i donositi točna saznanja. Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada je teorijski objasniti pojmove vezane za poslovnu inteligenciju i skladište podataka, te na praktičnom primjeru prikazati postupak izgradnje dinamičke OLAP kocke koja je jedan od glavnih kamena temeljaca dobrog sustava poslovne inteligencije.
Abstract (english)
Growth of competition led to greater battle for survival on the market which led to greater emphasis on good and well-timed decisions because they could decide the fate of the company. Emergence of business intelligence systems made making decisions easier but new problem appeared. How to construct good business intelligence system that will deliver accurate insights. The aim of this thesis is to explain terms around buiness intelligence and data warehouse and on practical example show the process of creating an dynamic OLAP cube which is one of the cornerstones of good business intelligence systems.
