Abstract Digitalne tehnologije su važan čimbenik promjene i pozicioniranja poduzeća na tržištu jer je glavna odrednica bilo kojeg naprednog poduzeća globalna konkurentnost kroz povezanost sa svim bitnim sudionicima. Digitalna transformacija upotrebom digitalnih tehnologija fundamentalno mijenja odnos poduzeća prema ključnim komponentama poslovanja dajući nove vrijednosti proizvodima i uslugama, načinu na koji su isporučeni i podržani te načinu na koji je poduzeće organizirano da podrži nove proizvode i usluge. Chanias i Hess (2016) s aspekta menadžmenta digitalnu zrelost definiraju kao stanje poduzeća u procesu digitalne transformacije i opisuju koje je promjene poduzeće ostvarilo u procesu digitalne transformacije. Modeli zrelosti se koriste kako bi se za određeno područje definiralo postojeće u odnosu na ciljano stanje ispitivanog područja a specifično za područje digitalne transformacije koristi se model digitalne zrelosti poduzeća. Analizom recentne znanstvene literature iz opisanog područja istraživanja uočen je relativno mali broj znanstvenih članaka koji se bave tom tematikom a modeli digitalne zrelosti su podložni kritici između ostalog iz razloga što većina nije utemeljena na empirijskom istraživanju elementa modela. Može se zaključiti da su čimbenici utjecaja na digitalnu zrelost unatoč velikom broju modela zrelosti još uvijek nedovoljno znanstveno istraženi i da postoji značajan interes da se empirijski utvrde čimbenici utjecaja na digitalnu zrelost poduzeća te da se objasni utjecaj razine digitalne zrelosti na poslovanje poduzeća. Istraživanje je provedeno u dvije faze. Prva faza istraživanja obuhvaća pilot istraživanje u kojem se testirala razumljivost anketnih pitanja na manjem broju ispitanika. Druga faza istraživanja odnosi se na glavno istraživanje uz pomoć upitnika, odnosno pripremu i provjeru podataka prikupljenih uz pomoć provedenih anketa. Istraživanje je utvrdilo ključne razloge zbog kojih poduzeća pokreću digitalnu transformaciju poslovanja kao i ključne prepreke u tom procesu. Također su utvrđene ključne karakteristike i potrebna znanja menadžera potrebna za provođenje procesa digitalne transformacije poduzeća, definirani čimbenici digitalne zrelosti poduzeća i potvrđen utjecaj digitalne zrelosti na poslovanje poduzeća. Prihvaćene su sve hipoteze.
Abstract (english) Digital technologies are an important factor in changing and positioning companies in the market because the main determinant of any advanced company is global competitiveness through connection with all relevant participants. Digital transformation using digital technologies fundamentally changes the company's attitude towards key business components by giving new values to products and services, the way they are delivered and supported and the way the company is organized to support new products and services. Chanias and Hess (2016) from the aspect of management define digital maturity as the state of the company in the process of digital transformation and describe what changes the company has achieved in the process of digital transformation. Maturity models are used to define the existing for a certain area in relation to the target state of the examined area and specifically for the area of digital transformation, the model of digital maturity of the company is used. An analysis of recent scientific literature in the described field of research has revealed a relatively small number of scientific articles dealing with this topic and digital maturity models are subject to criticism, among other things because most are not based on empirical research of model elements. It can be concluded that the factors influencing digital maturity, despite a large number of maturity models, are still insufficiently scientifically researched and that there is significant interest to empirically determine the factors influencing digital maturity and to explain the impact of digital maturity on business. The research was conducted in two phases. The first phase of the research includes a pilot study in which the comprehensibility of survey questions was tested on a small number of respondents. The second phase of the research refers to the main research with the help of questionnaires, ie the preparation and verification of data collected with the help of conducted surveys. The research identified key reasons why companies are initiating digital business transformation as well as key obstacles in the process. The key characteristics and necessary knowledge of managers required for the implementation of the digital transformation process of the company were also identified, the factors of digital maturity of the company were defined and the impact of digital maturity on the company's business was confirmed. All hypotheses were accepted.
