Abstract
Energenti pokreću svijet na raznolike načine i čine vrlo važan dio gospodarstva i funkcioniranja svijeta općenito. Među njima se ističe i prirodni plin kao dostupan, učinkovit i okolišu prigodan energent, koji se može koristiti u razne svrhe u raznim industrijama. Ipak, njegove cijene variraju sukladno raznim čimbenicima, pa je moguće reći da je tržište prirodnog plina varijabilno. U Hrvatskoj, to je tržište uglavnom liberalizirano i otvoreno mnogobrojnim sudionicima, no uz tržišne postoje i regulirane djelatnosti među koje spada i distribucija prirodnog plina. Sama distribucija temelji se na metodologiji koje su se svi operatori dužni pridržavati, a u ovom je radu obrađena konkretno Metodologija utvrđivanja iznosa tarifnih stavki za distribuciju plina. Stoga, predmet je ovog rada prikaz navedene metodologije i načina utvrđivanja tarifnih stavki za distribuciju prirodnog plina.
Abstract (english)
Energy drives the world in a variety of ways and forms a very important part of the economy and the functioning of the world in general. Among them, natural gas stands out as an affordable, efficient and environmentally friendly energy source, which can be used for various purposes in various industries. However, its prices vary according to various factors, so it is possible to say that the natural gas market is variable. In Croatia, this market is mostly liberalized and open to many participants, but in addition to market activities, there are also regulated activities, including the distribution of natural gas. The distribution itself is based on the methodology that all operators are required to adhere to, and this paper deals specifically with the Methodology for Determining the Amount of Tariff Items for Gas Distribution. Therefore, the subject of this paper is a review of the above methodology and methods of determining tariff items for natural gas distribution.
