Abstract
Odgovorno poslovanje kao koncept je kroz godine postao neizostavni dio strategije svakog poduzeća, kako u svijetu tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Tokom godina razvile su se potrebe poduzeća da više brinu ne samo o eksternom, već i svom internom okruženju koje je postalo važan faktor za rast i razvoj samog poduzeća. Za potrebe rada provelo se istraživanje na trima primjerima hrvatskih poduzeća od kojih svako posluje u drugim granama industrije te se na njihovom primjeru prikazalo koliko ulažu u koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja, od kojih komponenti se ono sastoji, koji su im strateški projekti za budućnost u ovom okviru te koje bi prednosti odnosno nedostatke izdvojili putem provođenja istoga u Republici Hrvatskoj. Istraživanje se temeljilo na intervjuima/anketnim upitnicima s odabranim osobama svakog poduzeća koje su odgovorne za razvoj ovog koncepta.
Abstract (english)
Concept of Corporate Social Responsibility through the years became one of the most important strategic parts of every company business agenda, not just in the world but also in Croatia. Through the years companies have developed need to care not just for external but also for internal surroundings which became important factor for growth of every company. Research of this master thesis was based on real examples of 3 Croatian companies. They do business in different branches and on their example was shown how much they invest in concept of corporate social responsibility, of which components it consists and also what are their strategic projects for the future. Of course, corporate social responsibility has some disadvantages and that was major part of this research. Research was based on interviews and surveys with people who are in charge of research and development of corporate social responsibility in their companies.
