Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada bila je analiza strateškog financiranja poduzetničkog pothvata na primjeru mikropoduzeća. Prvo je bilo potrebno definirati funkcije poduzetništva s naglaskom na mikropoduzeća, zatim definirati i analizirati razne vrste financiranja poduzetništva te na kraju usporediti razine zastupljenosti različitih vrsta financiranja u Republici Hrvatskoj u odnosu na one u Europskoj Uniji. Svrha rada bila je prikazati načine financiranja mikropoduzeća u Hrvatskoj kao najzastupljenijeg tipa poduzeća kojeg čine preko 90% poduzeća u SME sektoru i koji zapošljava najveći broj ljudi u SME sektoru. U radu su također navedeni i problemi na koje poduzetnici nailaze prilikom pokušaja financiranja poduzeća zbog manjka razvijenosti netradicionalnih načina financiranja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis was the analysis of strategic financing of an entrepreneurial venture on the example of a microenterprise. It was first necessary to define the functions of entrepreneurship with an emphasis on micro-enterprises, then define and analyze various types of financing of entrepreneurship and finally compare the levels of representation of different types of financing in the Republic of Croatia compared to those in the European Union. The purpose of the paper was to present the ways of financing micro-enterprises in Croatia as the most represented type of enterprise, which consists of over 90% of enterprises in the SME sector and which employs the largest number of people in the SME sector. The paper also lists the problems that entrepreneurs encounter when trying to finance a company due to the lack of development of non-traditional methods of financing.
